If you are not satisfied with any Xaxis digital download, for any reason, simply notify us by email at Service@ReadXaxis.com within 7 days of your downloading it and we will make a prompt refund of the full purchase price.

After 7 days, please email us at service@xaxisonline.com with the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will make a prompt refund regardless of the reason, we'd just like to know what it was so that we can improve the quality of our offerings.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING AUDIO FILE DOWNLOADS:
ReadXaxis uses a file .zip file compression system to make our larger audio downloads smaller save time and money for customers using 3 or 4G systems.

Most operating systems can accommodate the decompression, but a few have trouble.

We recommend downloading WinZip to decompresses the files. It's free for all operating systems, can be found online or in the Android or Apple App Stores and will expand the files for you quickly.

If that doesn't work, for any reason, email us at Service@ReadXaxis.com and we will arrange for individual links to be emailed to you.
