United States Sentencing Guideline Manual - 2016 to 2017 Edition

The Federal Sentencing Guidelines are rules that set out a uniform sentencing policy for individuals and organizations convicted of felonies and some of the more serious misdemeanors in the United States Federal District Court system. The Guidelines do not apply to less serious misdemeanors and are not applicable in state and local courts. 

Promulgated annually by the United States Sentencing Commission, her current edition is effective between November 1, 2016 and October 31, 2017.
